other fungal nail
infection.
Athlete's foot thrives in
the warm
gaps between your
toes. Fungal spores can be picked up from communal floor areas
in pools or gyms, or your bathroom, or even shoes. It's
annoyingly itchy and causes cracked, blistered or
peeling skin.
Walking
around barefoot can be beneficial as this allows the air to
circulate all around your feet allowing them to
breathe.
Chose
correctly fitted shoes be sure not to cramp your toes or wear
shoes which are uncomfortably tight this will only lead to
problems such as corns and bunions.
